Interior is almost like new save for a small dent on the Microwave with which the trailer was delivered. Many options, including stove with an oven, porcelain toilet, front storage module, electric mast jack etc.

Outside is approximately 90% as new or better except for the leading (front) side that could use another waxing. Trailer has always been either under a cover for its years in a mild climate or garaged. Trailer was purchased in 2010 as I recall. We are the first owners; trailer is almost identical to same model produced today and overall looks about 1/2 to one year old. It is best you call for details and more photos if interested.

Trailer recently had the bearings repacked and brakes inspected. Tires are new with tread, have always been in shade, but may be a little old at this time. They were hardly used. Trailer includes an equalizer brand hitch assembly. Just bring your vehicle capable of towing it.
