INTERIOR- Looks nearly as good as it did when it came off the showroom floor. The Carpet and Cushion Fabrics are Perfect. No Stains, No Wear. The Stove and Sink have never been used. All the wood and cabinet faces are in Excellent Shape. Interior has some Unique Features, the Dinette Table was shortened to allow much easier access to the Dinette, especially if you are a larger person. If you are familiar with the Dinette table from Scamp, you have very little room to access the Dinette, barely the width of an average (skinny) persons upper thigh. With it cut down, it gives much easier access. There is a custom insert for when making it into a Bed (See Photo), which is much sturdier, more support for the factory cushions when in "Bed Mode" compared to the standard table. The Fresh Water Tank has been removed for an extra Battery under the front dinette, which gives you double the Electric Power, plus a bunch of additional storage (two batteries included). The original Fresh Water Tank/Kit is Included, and can be converted back easily anytime. If you decide to keep the extra battery installed, you can still use the hand pump/sink with a potable water container under the sink. The front dinette converts to a Bunk, "Bunk Kit included, camper sleeps 4. There is a LCD Swivel TV/Radio system mounted above the front Couch/Bunks, Work Great. Icebox has had little use. Propane Furnace works well, thermostat controlled. Has volt monitors for both batteries, and Wireless Remote System installed for a few of the Exterior Outlets. Also has a Factory Installed Upper Front Storage Cabinet. Factory Bi-Fold Screen Door kit. Overall, the interior is in excellent condition with some smart upgrades. No Smells and just Fantastic Condition. The only wear to mention is one curtain panel shows some minor wear from a window being open when towed. Would rate the Interior 9.9/10, Nice Shape!
EXTERIOR- Always covered and properly stored. Gel-coat/finish has a good shine. Decals are all perfect. Has original front window "Rock Guard". Has had the lower door hinge repair done, the lower door hinge support has been re-inforced, one less thing to worry about. All Windows are in Perfect Condition, no cracks, missing screens, or damage. Has Factory Awning, works great in Excellent Condition. Propane tank was just filled/full. Has a 12V outlet installed under rear bumper, and can be controlled with a wireless remote (camp lights), and 120v outlet installed on front tongue. Includes a unique custom built clothes line that can be attached to rear bumper, and a rooftop carrier for transport. Only issues to mention, the outside porch light either needs a new bulb or replaced, it will sometimes flicker a bit when using the switch. Also the Tires could use replacing, have excellent tread and low miles, they are just getting older. was just towed around 100 miles, and towed well. Overall, Exterior is in Fantastic Condition, 9.5/10. Ready to Camp!
