This 2022 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17 is in like brand new condition. I took delivery on June 23, 2022 in Mattawan, MI and it has stayed in the same spot since. Had a change in life plans and will not be needing it for one or two years so have decided to sell. Has all the add on features except TV/DVD and microwave. There is a plug in place in the cabinet above the fridge should you want to add a microwave. This is a quality built trailer! Stayed some some nights in it over the past month to see how it goes, and it is a fantastic trailer. I put an air mattress over the cushions in the front dinette area and slept great. I am the only person who was in the trailer and I have no pets and do not smoke. The fresh water tank, awning, remote, sewer hose have not been used. A/C and heater were also not used except to make sure they worked. Stove was only used to boil water. Shower and toilet (for #1 at night) were used, and tanks were emptied and flushed twice a week when trailer was used. The trailer is cleaner than when I got it, as I vacuumed every inch of carpet with hepa filter vaccume and wiped down all other surface after receiving. Only asking for what I have into it. Was told bay Casita there is an 18 month wait and the current price with the features I have is $3,000 more now than what I paid when I ordered the trailer in April of 2021. I paid $29,888 to Casita for the trailer plus shipping, and another $1,911 to state of MI for tax, title and plates. Price is $31,800.
