SOLD - 2020 Happier Camper HC1 - $36,000 - Watkinsville, GA

***SOLD***

I am looking to sell my like-new HC1. I am looking to sell it because my husband and I really need something a little bit bigger. We are planning on taking longer trips and doing more trips with our animals and we need just a little bit more wiggle room!

This ad will more than likely be for someone who is looking for a used HC1 and doesn't want to wait for one to be built. This trailer is also a good fit for someone who could use this along with their business or wants to make money with it. Read more on that below where my components are listed. There is also one small flaw with the camper, it will be listed at the bottom of the ad!

For those of you who haven't heard of Happier Camper, these are very unique little trailers and there is quite a long wait to get one new as they are all made-to-order in California. It is a 100% fiberglass, double hull, hand-crafted shell. Weighing in at under 2000lbs, it can be towed by most vehicles. With it being so light, it is pretty easy to move by hand so you can fit into those tight spaces that most trailers can't get into. The GVWR is 3500lbs.

It is still under its structural warranty until June 2021. It has only been on 5 trips since I took delivery in June of 2020. When it is not being used on camping trips, it has been parked in my carport, out of the elements and cleaned thoroughly after each trip. Another one of its unique features is the large hatch that opens in the back. Because of the back hatch, it can not only be used as a camper, but as an enclosed trailer in general. There are tiedown points in the floor for hauling bicycles, motorcycles or any other fun toys you can fit inside. Or, you can simply open up the back while camping to let more of nature into your space. All windows are also operable!

One of the most unique things about this trailer is the adaptability of it. The layout can be switched around to be used however you need it to be used OR you can take all components out of the trailer, again to either haul items or even to clean it out. There is a drain in the floor that helps to make cleaning super simple!

You can sleep up to 3 people in here if you absolutely have to, but it is really ideal for 2 people or someone flying solo! It does not have a bathroom or a "fixed" kitchen, but that means that you don't have to deal with waiting in line at the dump stations or winterizing it at the end of each season. It does however have a "kitchenette cube", which is a sink that can be used inside or outside. (We prefer to use it outside to provide more space inside)

The kitchen cube has a Dometic sink with a 5 gallon fresh water tank that is hooked to a pump that runs off of 12V. There are four 12V ports inside the camper; 2 at the back hatch (which is usually where we plug the sink into), 1 on the driver's side and 1 at the entry door. There is also a city water connection for if you want to use the sink inside of the camper. Although it does not have a bathroom, I do have a "potty tent" that is also brand new. I will include it if the buyer is interested. I'll include my whole bathroom setup if interested. There are other toilet options to be used inside the camper, but with it being such a small space, I wanted a separate "bathroom" outside.

If you were to order this unit brand new with all of the components that I chose, you would be looking at close to a $40,000 price tag and that is before taxes plus you're looking at over a year wait, if not longer. I've listed below all of the components I have for this camper. If you have any questions at all or would like to see it in person, please do not hesitate to ask!

I am taking offers, so don't be scared to make one!

**There are more components you can order from Happier Camper to be added to fit your needs! Learn more about these and other components at http://happiercamper.com

**This camper has rental potential with the concession window/bar. If I end up keeping it, this is what I plan to use it for while I'm not camping in it.

FIXABLE FLAW: There is only one small flaw with a tiny spot of the fiberglass floor that chipped from a cube not being seated on it properly during travel. I did not plan on fixing it for myself since it is covered up all the time anyways. Will look into fixing it if that is a concern for a buyer. Will be happy to show or send a picture of this!
