I have 2020, 17 foot Casita Spirit Deluxe with Bath and Shower that has a solar system and it all is ready to be picked up. It was a great tool for me for a few years for learning how to operate out of a trailer and using the sun solar panel for energy. It is a wonderful lightweight trailer and the smaller size makes it great for navigating around. I towed it with my Toyota Sienna MiniVan and Toyota Tacoma.
I picked up the Casita as new. Drove it to Florida once, and otherwise was just around locally in southern Utah and Arizona. I really liked operating out of this little home. The solar setup I have works awesome with the trailer. For plugging in to AC power, it is just a normal plug and super easy to show up to somebody’s neighborhood and plug it into their house or any outlet.
Delivery within the U.S. is possibly available for a fee. Please let me know if you have any questions about the trailer or any of the upgrades/modifications below. The title is clean. I have a lot of tricks to share and loads of accessories as well that I would be willing to part with that will make trailer living a lot more efficient for you.
I will accept cash in hand or Money Order Check that I can see appear in my account before handing over title and trailer.
