I am the original owner of this Casita. It has the Blue Slate Cushions and vinyl "wood look" flooring. Gray cabinet doors. Non-Smoker. Clean inside and out.

Here are the options I had factory installed: furnace, awning, outside shower, 25 gallon fresh water tank, microwave oven, LED interior/exterior lights, 15" alloy wheels, sealed maintenance fee deep cycle battery, electric tongue jack, friction anti-sway control, high-lift suspension, video entertainment package (TV w/DVD, antenna, cable ready), solar plug.

Here are the after-market options: Shock kit, Fridge bracket, BAL Jacks (2). These were installed by Little Home on the Road on 8/7/2019. Window tinting by All Pro Window Tinting on 8/7/2019.

I just returned from a trip to Tucson, AZ and everything worked great.

There are 3 small issues I want to disclose.
1. Someone broke into my Casita and bent the aluminum around the door lock. I bent it back. The door closes fine and is water tight. The lock was ruined so I ordered a lock from Casita to replace it.
2. One of the awning clips on the side of Casita broke. I never attached the awning to the clip so I don't know how it broke.
3. The back window gasket split. I resealed the area with butyl tape. It has never leaked.
