Like new inside, used only five times. Had it made directly from Scamp dealership in Minnesota. Table makes a bed (for 2), couch can sleep 1 or converts to bunkbeds for 2 small adults/children. Extras include AC, Elec/Gas hot water heater, furnace, TV antenna, electric brakes, awning, receiver hitch on back. No bath. No stove - I chose to have the counter top space instead and used skillet, micro, etc. Will include hitch, sway bar, front wheel jack. Weighs 1300 lbs. Scamps are roomier inside than they appear from outside in case you have not been inside one. Best little trailer on the market today! My price is firm.
