Practically brand new Parkliner. Double fiberglass hull with insulation and even floor is fully fiberglass. Purchased new from dealer in March of 2019. Clean Title in hand. Used a couple of times.  Had to fix toilet valve and shower pump with a small leak as i think dealer allowed water to be there in winter.   It was an easy fix but at first had no idea where water was coming from.  New Battery.  Sleeps 4 and has bunks that come with it. Has full wet bath. Fridge, stove, microwave, 19 in tv, and radio. Stored under cover as pic shows.
