We are the original owners of this 4 year old 2018 Escape 21C. Everything works, nothing is damaged. When not in use it has always been stored under a covered carport. It has never been lived in and never been smoked in. The reason we are reluctantly selling it is because we changed tow vehicles from a 5000 lb tow capacity to a 3500 lb tow capacity SUV. Approximate weight of our Escape 21 is 3350 lbs. It has: AC, Lagun Table Mount, Oven with 3 burner stove, U-Shaped Dinette, 2-Way Hot Water Heater, Foot Flush Toilet, Cable TV ready, Bathroom window, Window over drawer stack, Two extra exterior hatches, addition Cabinet door under the bed, Large Front Storage Box, Portable Solar Panel Port, additional USB and 120V outlets throughout, Flip-Up Counter Extender in the dinette, 22" TV and mount, and a power awning. We did not have the permanent microwave oven installed but the cabinet is wired for the microwave. When we are dry camping we use the cabinet for storage. When we have hook-ups we have a microwave that perfectly fits into the cabinet. That microwave is included. It also includes a Pro-Series Weight Distribution Hitch, and a 2-Bike RV bike rack. It has fewer than 10k miles as almost all of our trips are to local Southern California camping spots.
