I have for sale a 2018 Casita travel trailer in excellent condition. I bought it from the first owner who never used it and I have used it only three times. It has been stored under a carport ever since I bought it in 2019.

Trailer has most of the factory accessories such as air conditioning, furnace, power front jack, fridge, gas/electric water heater, television, etc. I added removable power cord, solar panel, sewer storage, and a few minor convenience modifications.

This was originally a Freedom model with the two captains chairs on the side. I converted it to a Spirit with the small dinette/bed, even bought original equipment cushions to match from Casita's supplier. I have kept all the Freedom equipment and can convert it back exactly as it came from factory in a couple of hours. Buyer gets both setups.
