This is a 2017 Scamp 16 ft. travel trailer with layout 7 (side dinette) in great condition. No bathroom. Our family of four adores this trailer. However, we're planning on extended remote-learning camping trips over the school year and need a bit more space for these longer trips. The Scamp is a lightweight trailer (~1850 lbs), can be towed by many vehicles, and is perfect for a couple or small family.

Notes:
* We towed our Scamp with a 2014 Chevy Traverse (5,000 towing capacity with the towing package). This towed very well and was far more than enough for the size of the trailer. I never weighed the trailer myself as we were far below the towing capacity of our vehicle.
* We removed the interior cabinet above the fridge for easier access to items. The cabinet door is in perfect condition and is included if you wish to mount it.
* There are minimal scratches to the surface and a couple of black marks from the table tops resting on the fiberglass during transport (this is how they should be stowed during travel).
* Like all travel trailers, cabinet doors and knobs have a tendency to shake lose during travel. I've reinforced these over time to prevent many of these from recurring.
* I've almost never seen a camp site I couldn't fit into with this 16' trailer. Never have to worry about fitting into small campsites at RMNP.
* Sleeping: I am 6'1" and could sleep fully extended in the full dinette (45" x 76") or the side dinette (27" x 76"). The sofa converts into bunks (the upper bunk has a 80 lb limit). My wife and I slept in the converted full dinette and the kids on the bunk, leaving extra counter and prep space with the side dinette.
