We have a 2017 Casita Spirit Deluxe in excellent condition with a custom wooden twin bunk to sleep 4. The bunk is made without bolting into the casita and can be removed and put back as needed. Under the bunk is the twin bed, which can be converted to dinette; We have LOVED this trailer and it is easy to pull with our Honda Pilot. We are a family of 4 and spent 2 weeks boon docking (without hookups) in Colorado last summer. We've done a beach trip and West Texas trip as well. The casita is so comfortable, quiet, and has lots of storage room. The propane refrigerator is excellent, and toilet and shower are amazing. The only reason we are selling it, is because our teen boys are now giants (over 6ft). This is the perfect set up for 2 adults and 2 younger children. Our boys slept comfortably last year when they were 11 and 13. I wish we had had it since they were toddlers.
This is the perfect trailer, they last forever, and are well made.
