I've used this trailer to travel to the Southwest in the winter and she is ready to go again. Selling since I've bought into a different travel solution.

I'm the original owner. No smoking, pets, or kids. Trailer is in good condition but I've traveled in it - there is wear and tear like you'd expect for a 3-year-old trailer. It's setup for off-grid travel and like all Casita trailers it's light enough that you don't need a freight truck to tow it. This is a great trailer for one or two people. Casita has a good reputation and an active user group. They have been making the same style of trailer for quite some time. The 17' deluxe models have A/C and a larger fridge and grey tank compared to the other models.
