SOLD - 2017 13ft Scamp w/ Bathroom - $17,000 - Cupertino, CA

Listing this as I am entertaining the idea of upgrading to a bigger trailer. I am the second owner.

It's a great, very cute, very efficient trailer, light and easy to tow. Standard front bathroom model, with roof A/C, propane water heater, 3-way fridge, 2-burner stove, MaxxAir Deluxe vent, gray cushions, 54" bed upgrade. The front Stromberg cargo tray is included, the water cans and small storage box are not. Shower and bathroom includes a teak floor. Both the faucet and showerhead have been upgraded. The curtains have been replaced with gray blackout curtains, the originals are included.

3" axle lift installed. I have replaced all three wheels and tires including the spare, and re-packed the bearings, both within the last few months. The original vinyl flooring has been removed, OSB sealed with penetrating epoxy, and a floating vinyl floor installed. This way the subfloor is protected from leaks/spills unlike the original from factory, and the vinyl floor is easily removed to dry out the subfloor in case there is a leak.

Exterior condition is a 7/10, no damage but there is minor checking of the decals, gelcoat is 100% intact but could use a good clean polish and wax. All exterior snap caps for the rivets/mounting bolts are intact. Minor surface rust on some of the front A-frame near the hitch where there are edges, and on the jack leg where the paint rubs off. No structural penetration at all, easily wire brushed and repainted if need be.

Interior condition is also a 7/10, no damage to the main living area, but the veneer around the shower door is starting to bubble and come loose. The shower pan does have a small crack from something dropped onto it. This was there when I purchase from the previous owner, I patched it with Eternabond, and the teak flooring covers it up perfectly with no issues. The shower pan and wall junction, instead of sealing with caulk which just pulls apart and leaks, I have sealed it with a combination of a sealant tape and Eternabond, to ensure that the natural vibration and movement of the trailer during travel does not cause the caulking to separate again. This is easily resealed with caulk if desired.

As you can tell, I have been extremely paranoid about damage to the OSB subfloor from leaks and water ingress, and have taken a lot of proactive measures to prevent this. It is more solid now than from the factory.

Needs no work and is ready to camp. Clean title in hand.
