Clean WV Title in hand 

2nd owners (non-smokers).. Purchased from original owners in Nov 2018 in ME. 

The trailer was out 4-5 times per year since on trips less than 150mi from the house (sometimes a lot less)

It was stored under a car port since we got it.

Everything works and was tested.

Title in hand (no liens)

• AUX propane with quick connect in front for generator or outside stove hookup (I used it with my propane enabled EU2200)

• Replaced igniter in furnace 3/2022

This is what the trailer doesn't have

• Awning (relatively easy to add after market at reputable shop). I can't say we missed it much, as we always brought a canopy.
• TV hookups
• Microwave (easy to add in relevant space, plug is there, or continue taking advantage of extra storage
• Decals (so much easier to wash/buff)

Known issues, only cosmetic see pics.

• the table corner is a little bent/soft. Not sure how that happened. It doesn't affect it's function as table or bed
• While in excellent condition, it's not "new". Expect minor signs of wear.

New Casita's start at 26k and customized trailers require lead time.

A nicely equipped trailer such as this would demand couple of K above starting price.
