Very clean.  Only one owner. No smoking, no pets, no kids. I have an appointment for service on the converter and the fridge's thermostat. Once these repairs are made the price goes up. You can save some money and buy it now and have the service done or if you are handy you can fix it yourself. I opted not to get the heater for more storage space. A space heater works just fine. Lovingly cared for. Lots of extras.
