We ordered our Casita feb 2016 and picked her up in June.  We used her a few times in the Texas state parks.  We decided to build a house on acreage and decided we enjoyed staying home more than camping.  She has been stored for about a year.  Excellent condition with a flat screen TV, awning and other extras
