We are the original owners. The Casita has been under a Calmark Cover when not in use. It has a 16 ga. fresh water tank, vinyl flooring, 3 way fridge, 3 burner gas stove, microwave oven (not built in), wood sink cover and cutting board sink cover, 2 flip tables for extra counter space, 2 shelf catch alls over beds, paper towel rack. Blue deck flooring in bath, 2 clamp on towel racks, 2 door towel racks, bath shelf blockers and mirror. There is a toilet water cutoff valve. 
It has a battery cutoff switch, high lift axel, red flip Jack foot, 2 stack jacks, extra foot step, Fiamma awning, fantastic fan, airco with heat strip, red Andersen leveler, Renogy 100 watt solar panel (in suitcase, never used), tv cable ready. Price is cash only.
