This Casita has only been on two trips in its lifetime and has been covered for the rest! Greatly loved but my plans have changed!
A/C, fantastic fan, outdoor awning, 2 person dinette, full size bed with memory foam mattress, Lenovo smart TV, wet bath with toilet and shower, optional furnace, fridge, microwave, electric jack.  

Modifications:
1. Stove hood and stove removed. Counter space in kitchen extended and removeable  stove added. 
2. Kitchen sink replaced with a taller faucet. 
3. Bed made permanent and memory foam mattress added
4. Lenova smart tv mounted in sleeping area
5. Custom oak dinette table with cupholders.
