Layout A means it has two dinettes, so you can leave the larger one down as a bed and still have a workspace/eating space. The "Deluxe" edition has the nice cabinets that make it feel very cozy.

I’m a non-smoker. The Scamp has only a couple of minor flaws - there’s a corner of the door that got wet and you can see discoloration and there’s a bit of pink on the vinyl. After talking with other Scamp owners, this is a common occurrence with the vinyl flooring. Other than that, it’s pretty dang clean. The "rat fur" is in excellent condition. It has seen very little usage overall.

The Scamp is currently located in Southern Oregon. It has a clean Oregon title. I do still have an outstanding balance on the loan, so the sale will take place at a local Rogue Credit Union branch and they will transfer the title to you.
