Up for sale is our 2015 Casita Spirit Deluxe. We purchased this little camper this spring and have enjoyed it so much that we are putting in an order for a new one. This one has a bathroom and shower and water heater, that we really just don't need. We have done all the work of updating it so you can just enjoy it. New blinds, cushion covers, and interior paint. If you are looking at this camper you probably know of the phenomenal value Casitas offer and used ones are extremely hard to find. This model weighs 2480lbs dry so it can be towed by most SUV's with a tow capacity over 3500lbs. Casitas hold their value and will last forever if well taken care of. I'll try to list out the features I can think of: High lift axle, electric brakes, 25 gallon fresh water tank, water heater, roof top ac/heat, full trailer cover. We also will include a microwave and tv that were in the trailer when we purchased it, but have removed during our outings. I also have many trailer accessories that I will include like extra hinges, latches, ac convertors, ect....
