Brand new air conditioner (May 2021).
Brand new floor (May 2021)
Kept in a covered “carport” most of the time since I’ve had it.
Mostly used locally (has only traveled about 5,000 miles)
Has most extras available in 2013 and some have been added.
To my knowledge, everything works.
I had this trailer custom built for me and drove to Minnesota to pick it up in April 2013. At the time I had almost all available options added to it but since then have had a few extras added. It has been used mostly for local camping. I have taken very good care of it; it is in like new condition. If you go to Scamp's website (www.scamptrailers.com) you can see the floor layout for 16’ Scamp Layout #4 (the layout has not changed since 2013) and details on holding tanks sizes. The dinette converts to a double bed and the sofa in the front converts to bunk beds so you could sleep 4 people (I never had more then 3 adults sleep in it and usually use the top bunk to layout cloths, etc).
