SOLD - 2013 Scamp 13ft Trailer - $13,500 - Marseilles, IL

2013 Scamp for sale (no bath, front bunk) title in Hand
13,500 or best offer
Located in the Illinois valley near Ottawa, IL
Pros-
there is no factory awning- you will see in the pictures I have made a support system for a large 16x20 tarp which I felt was more adequate for what I wanted, provided enough coverage for a picnic table and a separate 2x6 table to all be under the tarp, held up to some heavy rainfall and moderate to strong gusts. there are 4 mounting spots for tent poles that hold securely on the 4 corners of the scamp to anchor the tarp ( I also have something rigged to keep tarp off A/C unit when it will be used in the summer, with the setup it cools off rather fast being out of the sunlight. And one person is capable of setting it up, takes me about half an hr. it will come with all needed supplied to setup the canopy except for the stakes needed (10 as I set it up) I used T stakes about 12 in long. Could use a smaller tarp any just cover the scamp and no table and not have it anchored to ground just the scamp itself.
There was no vent so I made one that can be installed above the range, it consists of 2 small 3 speed desk fans, is ideal for keeping air moving in the daytime heat.
All the windows have been tinted, helping keep excess sunlight out, and helps immensely with privacy.
Will come with a BAL-leveler I believe it was called, it will cradle one tire and allow you to raise one side of the scamp for leveling.
Gravel guard for front window
Stand for a mini fridge when bunk is removed. Front bunk is in perfect condition was bagged since removal, is now laying inside scamp
I never cooked inside other than using microwave, so range was removed and replaced with a piece of stainless
Added led light strip with remote
Stored inside for winters since 2017 with the suspension not supporting a load and tires off ground as seen in pic of undercarriage.
The interior table base mounting was upgraded with a self-rising table instead of the wall mount it was originally.
Electrical connection changed to 30amp twist lock

Negatives-
No heat in the camper, though a small 10” space heater was sufficient for a few late October nights some below freezing.
No factory water tanks- (removed prior to my purchasing it) what is used in lieu of that is 2 1.5-2gallon tanks under the sink for fresh and gray water ideal for hand washing and brushing teeth.
Not a perfect exterior, will need a good finish/ polish. Also as seen in the pics there is some slight fiberglass damage on the front where a piece of metal was kicked up on the highway (on my maiden voyage none the less) there is no leakage or water coming in anywhere on those areas or any of the rivets for that matter
I have had this Scamp since 2017 and not replace the tires, they are not in the worst shape but they are old
