2013 Deluxe with oak. Excellent condition.

Loaded. Extra lights, extra cabinets, extra plugs both in and out, heater, hot water heater, sink, stove, stove guard, 3 way fridge, bathroom, antenna, awning, fantastic fan, rear hitch for bike rake or storage box, two propane tanks, larger battery.

Modifications: air conditioner removed and replaced with fantastic vent. Roof is fortified and all wiring and circuits are there for future easy air conditioning install if you want one. I never used it and it added height and weight.
A 4 “ lift was installed for better clearance which makes it better for easy off-road camping. Also you can and install bigger tires and wheels if desired.
An additional propane hose was installed inside the front closet for a propane heater to hook directly to the tanks without use of electricity.
I made new orange cushion covers but the original covers are new and included. They are the Scamp blue covers.
