This is a Snoozy shell purchased empty other than a narrow shelf up front. I used it primarily to haul merchandise books and gift items for deliveries, but I also have camped out of it many times. I added some baltic birch cabinets which made the front shelf large enough for a queen mattress, and some simple shelves along one side which I used for 18 gallon Rubbermaid bins and some shorter bins can fit up top. I suppose the middle shelf could be used as a bunk, too. As you can see, I had not emptied everything out of the trailer yet so you can visualize how it can be set up for camping; other than the spare tire/wheel, these personal items are not included with the trailer.
For the most part this trailer is in good shape and can be used as is; the frame is sound, the axle and brakes were replaced this past June, and the tires are only a year or two old. The trailer has a swing away jack and standard brakes not surge brakes with a 7 pin electrical connector. There are a couple of cracks over the doorway and the door hinges are worn. Also the fenders could stand to be replaced.
Whether you like a minimalist 'hard shell tent on wheels' or you want a molded shell for building your own interior, this could be your trailer. I don't know if Snoozy will sell empty shells any more; their new travel trailers are over $30k.
The person who told me he'd send a down payment to hold the trailer has not done so. This trailer is still available!
I now have received a down payment from a different party. This trailer is spoken for, at $3,900.
