SOLD - 2012 13 ft Scamp Trailer w/ bathroom - $15,500 - Seattle, WA

For sale is a 13 ft Scamp trailer. Please check the manufacturer website to know more about its specs (https://www.scamptrailers.com/showroom/13-standard-trailers#layout-2)

Extra information that can't be found in the website:

- This trailer weighs around 1700 Lb, making it easy to be towed anywhere especially mountain roads.
- We purchased it 18 months ago from the original owner with the hope of a many month cross-country trip. Unfortunately, it did not happen due to the pandemic and lock-down. Now we are selling it for money for another project.
- It has a shower that has been used less than 5 times. It has toilet that has never been used by either us or previous owner.
- We have made cosmetic changes inside the camper including hand-made curtains, paint on all the cabinet doors, and new hardware on the cabinets (the original pieces are also available).
- We have added a solar system including 2x100 Watt panels, 35 amp controller, 3x35 AH batteries, DC/AC invertor, and the rest of the accessories required for the system. The whole electric system of the camper (except air conditioner) can work on solar and battery.
- A trailer hitch has been added a few months ago (by a professional welder) with the intention of using bike rack. However, it has never been used.
- We only had the table/bed set up as a bed and have built an extra piece for more support under the bed and have a 3' gel cooling memory foam that we cut to fit.
- We built a new battery box on the outside to make it more compact.
- We changed the light bulbs to LED to conserve power.
- We have all the original paperwork/manuals.
- Registered in WA.

Things that might require some work:
- Last time we tried to use the furnace it wouldn't turn on. We think it is an electrical thing and not an issue with the propane.
- The light above the sink doesn't turn on, we never needed to use it and it might just be a burnt-out bulb.
- We've cleaned the outside, but never had it waxed and polished while we owned it. It's been stored outside all it's life.
