This 17' Casita is in beautiful condition! If you don't yet know what's so wonderful about a Casita check out their website at https://casitatraveltrailers.com/
I think of a Casita as the fiberglass version of an Airstream; high quality, excellent design, streamlined, sturdy yet lightweight. Check out the photos and the uploaded floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a generous sized refrigerator which switches automatically from gas to electric when shore power is available. The interior is softened by having carpeted walls and ceiling. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. Amenities are many; LED lighting, generous storage cabinets, wardrobe/closet, gas heater, A/C, T-stat-controlled cooling fan. The shade canopy can be supported off the side of the Casita as shown, or can be extended to six feet with the supports staked to the ground.
Some customized features were added. A very comfortable full size custom mattress is installed. Stabilizing jacks were added in the rear plus a towing sway bar on the tongue. The kitchen includes a microwave. Windows are tinted.
As a single gal in my late 60's I found everything about this trailer easy to handle on my own; hitching and unhitching, setting up, pulling, parking in store lots or campgrounds or boon docking. I love my Casita and am only selling because my (now) partner has a large expedition-type camper. I'm also selling the perfect tow vehicle; a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder (photo included)
