2011 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17',excellent condition with all factory upgrades for that year.

Standard equipment: A/C, 2-burner stove, range hood w/light & fan, 3-way 4 cf frig, roof fan, dual propane tanks w/auto switchover, flush toilet, 15 gal black, 32 gal grey tank.

Factory upgrades: Hi-lift axle, 15" D-rated tires, outside shower, furnace, vinyl flooring, built-in microwave, awning, cable/antenna ready w/amplifier, 25 gal fresh water, 6 gal HW heater 110V/propane(DSI), LED bulbs inside & outside.

I am third owner and put 350 miles on it, sad but true. The tires look brand new, date code 2610. Trailer cover included but has mildew. Also included are throw rugs, sewer line w/graduated fold-up support. The outside range hood vent cover is cracked, works fine, but will include replacement part.
