2011 16' Casita Spirit Deluxe

It has had pets in it and the cushions and carpeting could use replacing. There is a hole on the roof from where a screw used to be for where an earlier owner once had a ladder to get to the roof, and there is mildew on the carpet in the cupboard below that from leaking. A couple of the round push in cupboard latches need fixing. The front exterior vent for the air conditioner needs replacing. The lock to the exterior shower nozzle compartment needs a key or the lock replaced.

The axle has been lifted and larger 15" tires added for increased ground clearance. It has a Fiamma awning, Fantastic Fan, air conditioner, small bathroom with toilet and shower, outdoor shower nozzle, small fridge, sink, and stove top.
