This listing is for our 2010 16' Scamp with front bunk beds and bathroom. 

We purchased her in Kentucky from the original owners who were in their eighties. Unfortunately they were only able to use it a couple of times due to illness. Since our purchase in 2016 we have only used the trailer one or two times a year, combined it hasn't been used more than a dozen times. It has never been smoked or cooked in and never any pets. We have always stored her in a climate controlled space with my antique cars. When not in use it has been up on jack stands. everything works as it should and overall it is in excellent condition.

Due to back problems we had a custom mattress made from Portland Mattress Makers ( https://portlandmattressmakers.com/). It is extremely comfortable and well made. If the original layout is desired the mattress can be taken out and the original cushions are included.
