SOLD - 2010 Scamp 13' Deluxe - $14,500 - St. John's, OR

2010 13' Scamp Deluxe: https://www.scamptrailers.com/showroom/13-deluxe-trailers

- 13' tongue to tail
- Lightweight, towable by most vehicles
- Layout A, front dinette. No bathroom
- Solid birch cabinetry
- Propane hot water heater
- Electric water pump
- Single propane tank on tongue
- Fantastic roof fan
- Dometic 3-way fridge
- Suburban propane heater (vented)
- 2 burner stove
- Fiamma awning
- Electric brakes

That's all the standard stuff, modifications we've made include:

- New sink faucet, extendable, able to use as a (hot!) shower through kitchen window. Redid hot/cold water lines with PEX
- LED lights
- Custom-fit Reflectix window covers for fall/winter/spring camping
- Charge controller to keep the 12v deep cell in tip-top shape

Issues:

- Fridge isn't cooling enough on propane. Works on electric, likely needs a new propane regulator: https://www.adventurerv.net/valvegas-p-15667.html
- Kitchen table's plywood is crunched a bit on one corner. Still works fine

Stored out of the rain, under a carport (you can see it in the 2nd pic).

This is a "rebuilt" title, it was "totaled" by the previous owner's insurance for minor damage to the rear left side (if looking at back). You can see the extent of the damage pre-repair here: https://imgur.com/a/jYDxwtr. Absolutely no issues after repair, no damage to the frame. Apparently insurance companies aren't sure what to do with fiberglass trailers when they get in fender benders, so it's easier to just pay out.

We only did trips around the PNW.

Sleeps 2 adults easily, I'm 6'2" and can lay fully extended. The front dinette table can be a child's bed. Only selling because we're moving to the place we'd always take it.

The Scamp is the perfect tiny house. You'll definitely get lots of admiration — Scamps are true gems in the trailer world.
