Selling a 2010 Casita Spirit Deluxe. This little camper is in excellent condition and has been used very little. It does show normal signs of of wear but is really in excellent condition. All appliances work and are very clean. Highly adjustable fantastic fan. Rear Bumper carrier for added space. Brand new tires installed this week. Tags are good through April of 2023. Door has a cracked spot it it where it bumps the middle rim on the camper when fully extended. This is a design flaw and probably looks like every other Casita on the road. We are throwing in a few camping goodies for free. Clear blue title in hand in the owners name. Tows with a 2 inch ball(included). 30 amp hook up with a 15 amp converter. Battery holds a good charge. Fresh water tank or city water connection. Both dinettes fold into beds. Sleeps 3 (2 comfortably). If you are familiar with Casitas, you will recognize the classic value in this.
