2010 Casita Spirit Deluxe. Fully loaded with a wet bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower), sleeping for 3, front side and rear dining tables convert into beds, full kitchen with exhaust fan, two-burner gas stove, sink and a 3-way refrigerator with freezer. Casita travel campers are molded fiberglass shell which means that water leaking into the living space is minimized and it also keeps the trailer weight down for easy towing. A battery is located at the outside rear of the camper. A propane tank is located at the front of the trailer. All windows have privacy factory blinds and there is a roof hatch for ventilation. The AC and furnace are factory installed on the top rear of the camper and are thermostatically controlled. There is a small outside storage compartment. The total empty weight of this camper is around two thousand pounds, and since it is equipped with a single axle with  suspension electric brakes, most 6 cylinder vehicles can tow it with no problem. You would need an electric brake controller in your vehicle.Two stabilizer jacks are factory installed for added stability once parked. The total length of the Casita is 17 feet.Connections for city water, 120 volts electric, and sewer are located on the side of the camper. Black and gray water holding tanks are located under the camper. You have a 15 gallon clean water tank. The trailer requires a 2 inch ball. The tires are manufactured for the towing industry and have steel cord construction for tire stability. The spare tire is unused although the cover has been damaged by the sun. Sway bars are included.

This camper has had two owners and has only been used 5 times! It looks new!
