Modifications:

• The hood range has been removed. This may be the only substantial modification that was done.
• Access ports cut into top of water tank for cleaning purposes.
• Fittings for hose clean outs in black and grey tanks.

This Casita has been owned by mature non-smoking adults for long week -end trips close to home. Always stored under a carport. Always kept clean and tidy. As you can see mods have been kept to the bare minimum. We have always been satisfied with the original design intent. We purchased it from the original owners in early 2010.
