SOLD - 2010 17' Casita Freedom Deluxe - $15,500 - Tyler, TX

This trailer is in perfect condition. I purchased it a year ago so that the wife and I could do some RV'ing without having to buy a bigger truck. We are stepping up to a motorhome, so as much as we love it, the little Casita has to go. I hate mechanical problems, so when I got it I went through it front to back with preventative maintenance. It has new wheel bearings and races, new brakes, new tires, and a new Interstate RV battery. The fridge, water heater, and A/C have been checked / serviced and all work as they should.

I made the following improvements:
Removed the interior gas stove and vent hood
Put in corran counter top and LED light
Put in a power vent fan and LED lights
Put LED bulbs in all the lights
Installed a max-air roof vent cover
Made insulated window covers for all windows
Installed thumb latches on all the outside compartments (instead of the keyed ones that were on it)
Attached leveling jacks
Memory foam mattress topper cut to fit
Casita custom mattress cover
RV cover

If you are looking at this, you probably know what you are looking at. This trailer is the Freedom deluxe model. It sleeps 2, has two captain's chairs, and has a small bathroom / shower combo.
Casita trailers have a great reputation and sort of cult following. It is super light weight. It pulls like it isn't even there behind my Toyota Tacoma. Most any V6 vehicle will pull it.

If you are looking for a Casita, you won't find one much nicer than this one unless you buy new. The price is negotiable but not by thousands, so please be reasonable if making an offer.
