2010 16' Scamp travel trailer in excellent condition
Everything works, recently professionally tested by Coachworks in Petaluma:
lights, heater, propane galley stove, sink, fridge ( propane/12V/110V),water pump, hot water heater, shower, toilet.
Upholstery, carpeting, window screens all in great shape.
single propane tank updated to much more convenient dual tank system.

I planned to take the trailer to Maine with me this summer, but due to covid my plans changed.
Ive recently towed the trailer, trailer lights and trailer brakes work great, wheels recently greased.
Trailer weight is 1850 lbs, tows easily behind any SUV.
Would also make a great covid times home office, or guest living space.
