The original owner had it in Las Vegas until I brought it to CO.  Clean Colorado title in hand. I’m 3 hours south of Denver and will deliver for a fee if needed up to 200 miles. If you want me to hold it, I require a deposit and you have 48 hours to pick it up.  

The only real damage is the vent that I cracked while waxing the trailer. It’s cheap and easily replaced. No leaks. This trailer is solid. You’ll see some light gel coat cracking on most casitas after a few years. You can see it in one picture. 

I have a few things that aren’t major that I was planning to fix this winter:
-repaint the tongue 
-replace missing latch on one cabinet 
-replace blinds with curtains because they have minor damage 
-replace one cabinet hinge ($2)

-replace stove vent ($15)
