2009 Casita Spirit 16'. Very nice shape, some modifications done by previous owner -- cooktop/propane and sink/plumbing removed, new countertop/tabletop, swivel seats installed at dining table for better access. No bathroom. Fantastic fan, A/C, microwave, Dometic fridge (have not used fridge so not sure if it works). Sleeps 2 adults, could accommodate 3 snugly, or if you have small kids, 4 with convertible bunk/sofa. Lightweight and so easy to tow. Lots of storage. Non-smoker, no pets, really clean, some extras (full cover, hitch locks, fan, etc.), clear title.
