This Scamp is in excellent condition and well cared for. There were two owners including myself. Original owner didn't seem to use the trailer very much, and kept it in a garage most of the time. 

The original layout had a wall and separate closet space near the front of the trailer, as if there was supposed to be a bathroom. I went ahead and took down the wall and opened up the space, adding a seat and fold-out counter extension (see photos). I also added brand new vinyl flooring and fresh paint on the cabinetry. The trailer includes:
