HISTORY
I do not have the complete history of this trailer. I believe I'm the third owner. For the past several years it was owned and cared for by a gentleman in southern California. He didn’t camp in it or take it outside of his town. He garaged it and took it out to his son’s sporting events. Our company purchased this trailer in Mid-may 2020 as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. We needed this trailer to get through our busy season. I'm a rescue training instructor for multiple government agencies and other organizations. The course type I teach is primarily offered from March thru Sept each year and usually makes up about 30 contracts all across the country. I needed a solution to not be a virus threat to new groups I went to teach. So the Oliver was the short-term solution. I cancelled all my hotel reservations and used the Oliver to get me through a tricky three months. This allowed me to tell groups I'm traveling towards that my only stops will be for gas stations. The Oliver is so perfect for sanitizing and easy to clean that I also showed our client groups that I'm traveling in a very clean hotel on wheels. We received so many comments on how clean the Oliver looks.

Our plan all along was to use this trailer as a patch to get us through this summer and then sell immediately before the end of our fiscal year. Since mid-May I’ve used the trailer extensively but also lightly. Most of my days are in the field. I would come home to the trailer late and leave early in the morning. We never used the bathroom because we didn’t want to have to go to any waste transfer stations during the pandemic summer. So we had a portable system set up outside. Our impact on this trailer was quite minimal. It’s a real sweet place to call home and to just feel like you're living in a luxury hotel.

AVAILABILITY
We just concluded our final contract and are now ready to sell this trailer immediately. It has been deep cleaned and is ready to go. We have a clean title ready for transfer.

PRICING
New 2021 orders start at $50,000. Add a few options and taxes and you can easily total out over $60,000. Buyers that are comparing this to a skamp or casita need to first go to the Oliver Travel Trailer website to fully see what these trailers are and why they are preferred over other fiberglass models. These are 4-piece fiberglass shells vs. the two piece Skamp or Casita. These are four season trailers because of the 4-piece construction. Casita's are covered with carpeted interior walls...which are not very hygienic. Look how clean this looks inside. Look at the suspension. The clearance. This has full size truck tires on it....not trailer tires. Everything is sealed within the body. No plumbing etc dangling below.


CONDITION
This is a lightly used Oliver that does show some age but is overall ready for the road for many years of use.

-This is a smoke-free trailer in very good condition.

- I never wore shoes in the trailer and neither did the previous owner.

- I’m not sure if the stove was ever cooked on. Wasn’t by me or the previous owner. Fires right up though. Super clean.

- I’m not sure if the microwave ever got much use. I never used it and neither did the previous owner. Super clean.

- New electric jack installed in the tongue.

- New fantastic fan.

- New complete high lift suspension which includes leaf springs, axle, 4 shocks, brakes and 3 matching wheels and tires all from Oliver for safety and peace of mind.

- There is a small tear in the front door screen as seen in the video.

- The rear emergency exit window needs the screen re-fitted as seen in the video.

- The entry step has traction paper on it with some of the edges slightly peeling as seen in the video.

- There is currently no satellite receiver or TV antenna for this trailer but the mounting brackets are installed as seen in video.

- I have the original manual as well as the manuals for the appliances. I do not have any maintenance or repair records.

- certified and verified payments only. A deposit may be required depending on our arrangement.
- (2) Bill of Sales will be printed out so we can both go home with copies.
- Trailer is sold in “as is” condition with no warranties, coverages, or returns.
- License plate will be removed at time of sale. Bill of Sale will serve as temporary license plate for buyer until they get it home and registered.
