Included are accessories shown plus the never used screen room and a winter cover. 
Last summer : new hub assemblies, new bearings, brakes and drums. 
fibreglass is in excellent condition (decals removed as they were faded)

Modification: the front dinette was removed and converted to bunkbeds that support adults. I'm 250lbs and the top bunk supports me. 

Rear dinette easily converts to a double bed.

Selling as we have a 1yr old and we tried camping with him and it's not going to work until he is older. We don't want it to sit for a couple years and want a family to use it.
