This 2007 Casita Spirit Deluxe is in very good and clean condition.  It  has two dinettes (one sleeps two adults, the other sleeps one adult).   It’s nice because the bed can stay made and you still have a side dinette.  Both beds come with memory foam mattresses. This Casita has a 1.9 cu ft 3-way refrigerator (AC, DC and propane). There is a two burner stove with a vent hood.  It has a well working heater and air conditioner. The fantastic fan really circulates the air well and cools things down. There is a toilet, sink and shower. The Casita comes with 14 inch tires, a spare tire and tire covers.  A trailer cover and sway bar are also included. It has two propane tanks. The awning is nice for sitting outside. The freshwater  tank holds 16 gallons. There are 2 footlockers beneath the bed which provides plenty of storage.
