SOLD - 2007 17' Casita Spirt Deluxe travel trailer - $13500 - Corvallis, OR

I am selling my 2007 17 ft Casita Spirt Deluxe travel trailer. This is a fiberglass trailer with the full complement of features and services, and is in excellent condition.

The Casita has been an important part of my fishing and camping, but it is the time in my life for it and my truck to move along.

Casitas, like many other fiberglass trailers, are towable by small pickups and many SUVs. Approximate weights for this Casita are: Dry 2385 lbs, Hitch 365 lbs, GVW 3500 lbs.

I am providing photos of the trailer. More photos of this model can be found on the internet.

The 17 ft Spirit Deluxe has these features
• Large dinette (converts to double bed)
• Small dinette (converts to single bed)
• TV hookup and wall bracket
• Closet
• Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and vent
• Kitchen sink/faucet
• 5 cu ft refrigerator/freezer
• Two burner gas stove
• Range hood and vent
• Microwave (AC)
• Roof top air conditioner/heater (AC)
• Gas furnace
• Water heater
• Dual propane tanks
• Fresh water, gray water, and black water tanks
• Fantastic roof vent with speed and temperature controls
• Kitchen drawer, multiple overhead and floor level cabinets
• Screen door
• Awning
• Inside and outside 110V outlets
• Drop-down stabilizer jacks
• Spare tire and cover

In preparation for sale, I had the interior professionally cleaned (a couple carpet spots remain). I also had a mobile RV tech do a complete inspection and winterize the trailer. This was Thomas Brown of ACRVT ("A Certified RV Tech"), located in Beaverton OR.

Brown found that all services are working properly. His report is shown in two of the pictures. The buyer can talk to Brown directly if desired. He will de-winterize the trailer free for the buyer as part of his service.

The tires are dated mid-year 2017 and have minor wear.

Interior lights are now LED (except one where I couldn't figure out the socket). In most cases, a couple on is more than sufficient.

The previous owner installed a rack on the rear bumper (see photo). Useful for bike, leveler blocks, etc.

Equipment that comes with the trailer
• Receiver hitch ball mount
• Anti-Sway bar
• Caster wheel for tongue jack
• Sewer hose
• Wheel leveler blocks (two sets)
• Pressure regulators and similar devices
• RV hoses
• Equipment manuals and tech sheets
• The wonderfully informative after-market Casita guide "CASITA TRAVEL TRAILER A-Z OWNER'S GUIDE - 2017-574". Here is the website so you can see what is covered. http://www.lovemycasita.com/Guide.html

In sum, this trailer is as turn-key as it might get short of paying twice the price at the Casita factory in Texas.

Asking $13,500
