This 2 owner camper is in very good condition and has been very well maintained. My uncle bought this gem about 8-10 years ago from who we believe was the original owner. We have the original bill of sale, build sheet, owner's manual, brochures and paper work. There were some very cold nights up in Alaska, so additional insulation was laid to the floor to keep your feet warm.

The camper is in very good condition, very clean inside (all original). The outside does have a few very minor rock dings (normal wear-n-tear) and the paint is a little faded, but overall condition very good. Frame, axle (which has been greased) and overall body is solid, however, the front window needs to be re-sealed. The crank which opens the window above the stove is broken. There are 2 plastic pieces that attach the crank to the window, those pieces are broken. Should be a minor fix. These issues have not caused any water damage. The body and structure is in great condition. No other problems or leak.
