We had a Propane fire in our Scamp 16.  Cushions were burned, and some damage inside.  See the pictures
Fortunately the electrical system does not seem to be effected, so the Air Conditioner, Microwave, lights, fantastic fan all pretty much work.
The fire was put out with fire extinguishers so we are cleaning gradually, as our burns heal.  I will post pictures of some of the damage.  Of course the 2 burner stove and furnace are not operable and WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED.  The Propane is not hooked up and will not be at our place.
It has the front bunk bed layout with side dinette.
The Awning is operable.
I have not tried the large refrigerator, but will do soon.
We consider keeping it at times, but it is still a little too traumatic for us at this point, but we may get there.
It has a 15 gallon fresh water tank, that is filled from outside but has no hookup for faucet. The sink has manual pump to get water from the fresh water tank. There is a gray water tank, which leaks a little, but we have a new hose.
The body and frame are sound.  We've had several rains since the incident (and before) with no leaks.
The Screen door frame is Ok, but the screen on the front side will need to replaced.
Tires with OK tread but old. Wheel bearings unknown but did not heat up after last trip.
Rear bumper has 2" receiver for carrier or bike rack.
