For sale is a 2006 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17ft Travel Trailer. Price $10,500 OBO
These trailers are custom built to order in Rice Tx, just South of Dallas.
We are the original owners and trailer was built to our specs, which was salt water proofing and winter/ ice conditions proofing. High lift axle for off roading was added by the factory per my specifications for a 4x4 truck.
We are non-smokers, so no smokers were ever in it, and also no pet hair, as we never allowed animals in that trailer. Adult owned, no kids either have been in it. The interior carpet is effectively new looking with no stains anywhere. The outside shell has some light oxidation, but we do wax it every year with UV Marine wax.

This trailer is an Ultra-Light trailer, weighs 2480 lbs , requires a class 3 hitch and a 2" ball and can be pulled by
any half ton truck or SUV that has a 2" receiver.

We do UV wax is once a year.
Setup for winter camping. You can run everything including heat, except for Microwave and Air Conditioner without having a generator. We currently use a 2000W Honda suitcase generator for AC.
Has a refrigerator with a freezer, toilet, shower with hot and cold water. Kitchen with 2 burner stovetop and microwave. Overhead Fantastic Fan vented hood with fan and light.
Its a single owner, well taken care of. NEW AC./Electric Heat, NEW water pump. NEW Marine battery.
Trailer is ready to go.
Sleeps Three, 1 Full size bed, and 1 twin size bed, both convert to dinettes to eat at or play cards, use laptop, etc.
Spare tire, and twin 20lb propane cylinders with fail over to second propane cylinder.
We will also include new water proof fabric cover for entire trailer, new spare tire cover, and also 4" memory foam mattress for the full size bed , we removed for the photos.
