We have a 2005 spirit standard Casita. It is in excellent condition and only used for weekend travel. We are the third owners, we last purchased it from a person in our neighborhood. The sink, fridge, gas range, freezer, propane heater, AC, and top vent are all in excellent working condition. No history of mold or leaks.

This model does not have a bathroom which means more room for sleeping and less things to maintain! The bunk bed can convert into a sofa, the side table can convert into a single bed, the full bed can convert into a table and a marine toilet can easily fit under the bed. We are asking $15,000. Selling because we are moving. Wish we could keep it forever!

Repairs on door have been done to maintain seal on the window, blinds in the back could be replaced, super easy to do. Pictures attached.
