This little Scamp is a 13 foot lightweight trailer weighing about 1,300 pounds can be tolled by most vehicles! It is from 2004 and has some cosmetic wear with all parts fully working and NO leaks! Tires still have lots of life left. Only one of the interior lights does not function, but unsure if it's as simple as a light bulb change. Is equipped with a fully functioning fan that blows air in or out, fridge that can be powered by either the propane or electricity, propane stone, and several electrical outlets. Floors were recently updated to laminate wood. The second mini dining area was updated with office chairs, but can be converted back to cushions if desired. Added a monitor that can be a tv if you add an adapter. Dining table is a gorgeous cherry wood finish that was purchased as a new replacement directly from Scamp. The dining area can be converted to a full sized bed.

I will include a trailer dolly to easily move it around, a NEW unused porta potty, a 13x13 canopy that goes completely over the trailer, a 10x10 canopy that can go in front of the door, tire covers, compatible adapter and outdoor extension cord - everything you need to go on a roadtrip. She needs nothing and is ready to go! Selling because I did not end up using it for my initial purpose (a spare work-from-home space) and asking the same price that I've paid for it, purchased just half a year ago.
