Trailer is in good condition and has the following upgrades: casita receiver w/ standard 2” receiver for bike/storage rack; laminate flooring; factory installed awning; TV with built in DVD player; cable TV connection; custom Southern mattress for bed; microwave; new Dometic ac/heater in 2018; new blinds on all windows; all the Little House plumbing modifications; Calmark cover; Jack-E-up on the hitch; new tires in 2017 with good tread; and extra shelves in closet and folding work surface next to sink.
