 Impeccable documentation by myself and previous owner. Many upgrades and all documented. excellent shape and projects have been started but due to health issues I have been unable to complete all. need to sell reluctantly due to health issues. will miss Rosarita formerly named Rosita. This had been the most enjoyable camper I have owned and hate to say goodbye. i will be accepting offers for one week and highest offer takes her.
